朝、かフェで本読み成功した。

とにかく来月から夜明け運動を同録したから、朝早めに起きる練習をしなければならない。

今日は早めに準備して出ていた。

余裕が出きって30分本を読んで10分散歩をした。

今日は一日が長そうだが、今日も頑張りましょう！
