段階別に朝ルーチンを作っている。

今もう朝にカフェへ行っているから、つぎは朝運動を追加しようとおもっているが…

寝る前に明日にジムでも行こうと考えて緊張しながら寝たのでよくねられませんでした。

それていつもより明日遅く動いた。

いつもと違う一日を迎えたいので朝マクドナルドに行った。

食べ物を持ち替えて会社の近所にある遊び場で食べた。

それで本はよまなかった。今日もものすごくだいへんだけど、一日頑張ろう！
